The motors controlling the grippers are connected via a TigoBridge IO-Link Wireless Bridge device, which enables the simplest and most reliable wireless communication from the moving E-BOX GRIPPER. The TigoBridges communicate over the air with the TigoMaster IO-Link Wireless Master which also enables a seamless integration to the PLC and to enterprise applications such as WMS or ERP systems. This setup is particularly suited for environments with densely packed warehouse shelving aisles, where interference is a common challenge.
